What To Include

To help us investigate quickly, include your Shopify store domain, the product URL or product title, the variant option being mapped, and a short description of what you expected to happen.

Common Setup Checks

• The product must already have images uploaded in Shopify.
• At least one variant option value needs selected images before saving.
• The theme app embed must be enabled on the product template.
• Product limits are based on active mapped products, not total store products.

Billing and Plans

App plan selection, trials, plan changes, and cancellation are handled by Shopify. Pricing details are available at /pages/pricing.
